As a part of our sales strategy at Nordic Hotels & Resorts, we decided to include up-selling training for all employees and departments at our hotels. We chose Adviser Partner since we have previously been highly satisfied with their services. Adviser Partner designed a course tailored to our needs and conditions, much different from a traditional sales training. Our employees testify to many aha-experiences, new insights, and a new, shared view of what sales is really about, particularly for us at Nordic Hotels & Resorts. Besides the fact that we now have a number of concrete tools adapted to our business, the trainings have been both fun and inspiring. Henrik exudes a fantastic, genuine sense of commitment, which is something he has passed on to our employees. Adviser Partner has taken traditional learning to a new level. We look forward to continuing our work with a new set of skills and following up on the results that we hope to see from this training.
