The training was based on our existing sales process, taking into account each sales representative’s competence and selling technique, in relation to our products and services. This way, we have been able to develop and improve our sales process and the way in which we work and sell cable TV and local area network solutions to property owners and housing co-ops. We have equipped our sales department with new tools and techniques to help our sales reps when working with customers, so they can increase their sales and reach their goals. The result has been very positive; sales increased three months following the completion of the training and several of our sales reps thus exceeded their budget.
