My name is Fredrik Hellstrand, and I’m a consultant at Adviser Partner. I’ve always been driven, curious, and believed in people’s potential—qualities I brought with me from sports into my career in sales. I started out in the advertising industry, where I quickly learned the basics of sales—from scheduling meetings to building effective sales processes. With the right attitude and a high level of commitment, I was named Salesperson of the Month after just a few months.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of areas, from media sales to SaaS solutions, to coaching salespeople to improve their performance. I’ve also held roles as a sales manager and international key account manager, which have given me a deep understanding of both strategic sales and business development.
Today, I’m a sales coach and growth consultant at Adviser Partner—a role that combines developing people, delivering measurable results, and building successful teams. I help advisors, account managers, and sales leaders drive profitable growth by identifying areas for improvement.
It doesn’t matter whether you have a sales background or not—anyone can succeed with the right tools, mindset, and guidance. I believe in combining high ambitions with structure, enthusiasm, and focus. Together, we don’t just create growth—we create pride, confidence, and results!

We Love Salespeople
In this episode of “ We Love Salespeople ,” I sat down with Jonas Olofsson, CEO of Adviser Partner, to take you straight into what many people would rather avoid—scheduling meetings—and show you why it’s actually one of a salesperson’s most powerful superpowers. I share my playbook for how to build a pitch that really resonates, how to structure a meeting invitation that makes an impact, and how you can pass on this same skill to your team so they can replicate the results. I also walk you through how to use data and testimonials to build trust even before the call has begun. In short: this episode is packed with concrete, immediately actionable insights—no fluff, just things you can put into practice right away. Go listen now!
We have worked with several companies in complex industries and have found that when our methods are tailored to their needs, they improve the company’s processes and make it easier for both salespeople and, not least, customers to purchase their services.
Even the most experienced salespeople can sometimes discover new opportunities and insights by exploring new methods and strategies. We have worked with several companies where experienced salespeople are among the best we’ve seen, and we’ve been able to help them take their results to the next level.
YES! It's good to mix things up, since it usually creates great dynamics and shared experiences. However, you should be careful about mixing different roles—it can get messy.
