My name is Henrik Nyström, and I’m a consultant at Adviser Partner. My sales career began with door-to-door sales of vacuum cleaners—an incredibly tough but educational period that taught me just how important perseverance and discipline are in the sales profession. My background in sports has further strengthened my ability to work in a structured way, set goals, and stay focused—qualities I always bring to my assignments. After that, I worked for seven years in the advertising industry in Stockholm, where I developed my skills and gained deeper experience in sales and customer relations.
Previously, together with four colleagues, I founded, ran, and sold my own company in the financial sector, and that experience gave me invaluable insights into what it takes to build successful teams, create effective sales processes, and develop strong corporate cultures. I also learned that you can achieve more than you think if you’re truly committed to something.
I’ve always been drawn to companies with strong sales cultures, and that’s exactly what attracted me to Adviser Partner—here, I get to be part of an organization with a clear focus on sales and results, while also having the freedom to manage my own projects and deliver real value to clients.
At Adviser Partner, I work closely with clients and teams, lead by example, and help organizations implement methods and activities that truly work in practice. My calm demeanor and stability make me a reliable partner, especially in environments with technical sales teams, while I’m always active and engaged in the field—what I call a “high-energy friend.”
If you’re a CEO or sales manager and want to boost your sales team’s activity level and results, I can help you create structures, processes, and work methods that make a difference—and that lead to both short-term gains and long-term success. Contact me, and together we’ll develop concrete solutions that deliver results!
As a sales consultant at Adviser Partner, Henrik Nyström helps sales organizations increase their activity levels, create a clearer structure, and achieve more predictable results. With a background in direct sales, his own entrepreneurial journey, and many years in customer-facing roles, he works closely with teams in the field—and leads the way through concrete methods, disciplined follow-up, and approaches that work in practice.
As a sales manager, you should sit down with your salespeople and ask them to set a goal that they themselves want to achieve. This is a good way to give them an incentive that they’ve chosen themselves.
Help them set their own goals—ones they hope to achieve. After that, help them figure out the specific milestones they need to reach in order to achieve that goal (number of meetings, etc.).
