Kristoffer Sandström - Advisory Partner
Sales Expansion Specialist

Kristoffer Sandström

Kristoffer is a consultant at Adviser Partner and is driven by a simple belief: people and organizations can always improve. Ten years as a professional handball player taught Kristoffer one thing early on—results don’t come on their own. They are earned through training.

After his career in elite sports, he trained to become a teacher, but his path soon led him into sales. And the connection was obvious. The same drive. The same thrill. The same will to win. And just like in team sports, successful sales are all about getting people to perform together.

Kristoffer has nearly 20 years of experience in sales and sales development. He has worked in advertising sales in the media industry and subsequently held roles as a sales representative, Key Account Manager, Sales Trainer, and Sales Manager in the staffing industry. He has also run his own company focused on sales development.

Adviser Partner came into the picture much earlier. After being trained by an Adviser Partner consultant myself, a thought occurred to me: “That’s the job I want.” In 2026, it became a reality.

Today, Kristoffer works closely with salespeople, sales managers, and sales organizations to develop the craft we call sales. With a natural calmness, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in people, he has a clear driving force—to help others improve.

For Kristoffer, the philosophy is simple: train the right way, play as a team, and deliver when it counts.

If you want to create a sales culture that delivers better results, develop stronger leaders, or give your team the tools to perform at a whole new level—then it’s time to start training like the best.
Contact Kristoffer and discover how the right training can turn potential into performance and performance into results.

Frequently Asked Questions

There are many aspects that can be adjusted depending on where you are, but almost always there is a methodology, structure, and a process for regular follow-up that can be improved. And that’s what I want to review—how it’s done today—and, based on that, put the right training and structure in place.

  • It's always easy to add, but harder to change.
  • It takes up to a year for a new salesperson to start delivering results, and they represent a major investment.
  • An improved, standardized sales process and a better understanding of follow-up allow you to immediately identify potential and success as a salesperson and provide you, as a sales manager, with concrete tools to coach proactively and effectively.

  • A natural part of a process is that it is thorough and that it is followed.
  • If we work together to establish a process and a structure that allow us to track the sales journey, both the team and you, as a manager, will be able to more easily identify where there are gaps or opportunities for improvement.
