We are incredibly excited to welcome Geir Larsen as a Sales Expansion Specialist at Adviser Partner!
We are proud to welcome Geir to our team in southern Sweden!
Geir is an entrepreneur through and through—both in business and in life. He is driven by creating growth, building strong teams, and helping others reach their full potential. With over 20 years of experience as a sales professional, entrepreneur, and CEO—most recently in the renewable energy sector—he is now joining Adviser Partner as a consultant in southern Sweden.
For me, it’s about combining my experience in entrepreneurship and leadership with a genuine passion for sales. 100% of a company’s revenue comes from sales—and I’m passionate about helping CEOs, sales managers, and salespeople grow both in business and as people. It’s when you challenge, coach, and energize people at the same time that the greatest results are achieved.
1. What is the most important lesson you’ve learned from your time as an entrepreneur? That growth requires focus, courage, and the ability to get things done. Four companies that surpassed 100 Mkr in revenue in just a few years have taught me that nothing beats the combination of clear goals and hard work.
2. What experience do you think is most underrated in the role of a sales consultant? Sales from the ground up. I started out going door-to-door selling insurance. That kind of experience gives you an understanding of the customer’s reality and builds a sales culture that lasts—regardless of industry or company size.
3. What can sports and exercise teach us about sales and leadership? Discipline, perseverance, and growth. Whether I’m roller skiing, biking, or working out at the gym, the same principles apply: set a goal, put in the work, measure your progress, and keep challenging yourself. That’s exactly what I want to bring to our clients. When everyone knows their role, feels valued, and is having fun—that’s when we deliver results
Geir, we look forward to continuing to build growth and success together with you as part of the Adviser Partner team.
A warm welcome!
