Daring to let go of personal sales and grow through the team. With structure, training, and clear leadership, Notar Västerås boosted both its revenue and market position—without expanding the team.
In early 2021, Notar Västerås began a partnership with Adviser Partner with clear objectives. The goal was to bring about real change—not through temporary measures, but by developing sales over the long term.
The focus was on freeing up more time for the sales manager role, establishing a more efficient and sales-driven process, and increasing revenue—with the goal of becoming the "first choice" in the region.
Follow the steps in this collaboration that shifted the focus from individual sales to team performance—and boosted growth across the entire office.
The results were not long in coming. As early as September 2021, Notar Västerås surpassed its sales target of 16 MSEK. Market share increased, and Notar became the natural first choice for a growing number of customers in the region.
To keep up the momentum, a new goal was set for the year: 20 MSEK. The momentum continued into 2022—with the same team, but with clearer leadership and a more sales-driven day-to-day operation.
We'll review the current situation, identify the 1–2 most effective levers, and suggest the next steps.
