My name is Carl Andersson and I am a growth coach at Adviser Partner. My journey started in the construction industry, but pretty soon I found my true path in sales and business development. Since 2015, I have worked in the recycling industry, starting as a junior salesperson and gradually progressing to roles such as account manager, sales manager and regional manager. In my last role, I was responsible for a region with full profit and loss responsibility and 200 employees.

  • Over the years, I have led reorganizations, built strong sales teams and driven growth in both mature and challenging markets. My strength lies in combining structure and strategy with presence and commitment in everyday life - turning plans into actual results.

    Joining Adviser Partner was a natural next step. Here, I get to use my experience to help companies and leaders in the business world create sustainable growth. My passion is developing sales and leadership to help organizations reach their full potential - and that's exactly what I do every day in the role of External Growth Partner.
