My name is Carl Juhlin and I am CFO at Adviser Partner. With a degree in economics from Mid Sweden University, I started my career as a controller, a role that quickly developed into CFO. In addition to the traditional tasks of a CFO, I am passionate about developing systems that automate and streamline our internal and external processes. It's a work in progress, but the goal is clear: to give our consultants more time to focus on what really matters - our customers - and less time on administration.

My passion for coding started at a young age, driven by pure curiosity. I started out building websites and was fascinated by exploring the possibilities and limitations of technology. I've taken this interest into my work at Adviser Partner, where I get to combine my expertise in finance with the development of smart system solutions. It's an environment where I thrive, with the opportunity to both manage financial issues and drive technological innovation.
In our dedicated team at Adviser Partner, I am often described as cheerful, positive and a true team player - a far cry from the stereotype of the classic 'finance guy'. The word 'team-mate' is something both my colleagues and my wife would use to describe me, and I agree. Family - whether it's my private one or the one at work - is always the most important thing for me. I draw a lot of inspiration from standing on the sidelines and coaching my daughter's soccer team. It reminds me of what we do at Adviser Partner: every day is a new game, and together we make sure we win it!
