Builds winning teams and sales organizations where people grow, perform and deliver results
My name is Cristian Tapia and I am a consultant at Adviser Partner, where I am passionate about developing people, teams and sales organizations. My philosophy is: What you do shapes who you become - so who do you want to be, and what do you need to do to get there? With a background as a football coach and consultant in sales and leadership, I help others grow through inspiration and concrete tools, where trust, structure and responsibility create performance.

At Adviser Partner, I build high-performing teams by strengthening collaboration and drive. I make sales organizations more proactive with better customer care and profitability. And I support leaders in creating engagement and long-term results. I also help non-salespeople strengthen customer relationships and the brand. Clients see me as inspiring, educational and down-to-earth - someone who makes others want to develop.
I joined Adviser Partner because I have always been passionate about helping others to improve - in sales and leadership. After 16 years in various sales and leadership roles, Adviser Partner, which I knew from my time as a sales manager, was the obvious choice - they are the best at developing others in sales. Here I get deeper insight into how organizations and leadership work across industries, which I take with me to create success for others - a real benefit.
As a father of five sons and a leader in youth football, I draw inspiration from sport and strong teams to help others reach their potential. Get in touch and let's take the next step together - with a focus on results!
"A few words about the awesome Adviserr Partner and especially Cristian Tapia who I had the privilege to work with last year in different formats at Epassi AB. Together we have categorized, analyzed and segmented the company's customer portfolio, built commission programs, sharpened the sales process and set the structure and logic for quantifying Epassi's added value in customer delivery.
In addition to this, I worked with pure sales training and coaching - There are only my warmest recommendations, do you want to lift your sales? Then Cristian is your "go to" guy!"

"Cristian has been a joy to work with, when increased sales and innovation are in focus, he is the one I turn to if I need help again. Methodical and with a language that even the most seasoned salesperson understands, he gets measurable results that contribute to increased sales. Frequently asked questions
-
By thinking PR before sales. The technician, project manager or consultant sets the tone with the customer, which determines how easy the next step will be, for example for the colleague who is the "actual" salesperson. We train three simple micro-behaviors: explain why you are doing something (create understanding), seek agreement (understanding confirmed) and ask a curious follow-up question about what would actually help the customer (potential). This is something everyone can contribute and learn!
-
Trust comes only after a promise is kept and from transparency; everyone contributes and everyone knows what others are doing. Therefore, we need to clarify roles, make decisions visible to everyone and normalize that each person raises a win and a hurdle in our reconciliations. When everyone knows who is responsible for what, why a decision was made and when the next step is, much of the friction disappears. This doesn't take months - you can see a difference in a week if we get the structure right.
-
Because the right question, asked correctly, leads to the person asking the question being allowed to reach insight themselves. And that is the big key in all sales. Insight and not information or instruction. Those who find the solution themselves, usually feel that it is more valuable than if someone else had found the answer.
