My name is Fredrik Hellstrand and I am a consultant at Adviser Partner. I have always had a strong drive, curiosity and a belief in people's potential - qualities I brought with me from sports into my career in sales. I started in the copy industry, where I quickly learned the basics of sales - from booking meetings to building effective sales processes. With the right attitude and a high level of commitment, I was named Salesperson of the Month after just a few months.

Since then, I have had the privilege of working with everything from media sales to SaaS solutions, to coaching salespeople to be more successful. I've also held roles as a sales manager and international KAM, giving me a deep understanding of both strategic sales and business development.
Today, I am a sales coach and growth advisor at Adviser Partner - a role that combines developing people, creating measurable results and building successful teams. I help advisors, account managers and sales leaders create profitable growth by identifying areas for improvement.
