I am Geir Larsen, founder and business leader with a proven ability to build and scale growth companies in various industries. Several of the startups I founded have accelerated to over 100 MSEK in revenue in just 2-3 years.

My passion for sales started already during my economics studies in Oslo, where I knocked on doors to sell insurance. My drive and competitive instinct quickly saw me rise to the top ten of over a hundred salespeople - leading to my first role as a sales manager.
That role was the start of a dynamic career in leadership, where I have had the privilege of taking on roles as CEO, entrepreneur and consultant - focusing on developing tailored growth programs for companies in expansion phase and engaging in strategic board work.
I thrive best when the pace is fast and the pressure is high - just like when I stand on the starting line in roller skiing, ready to give everything to win. With the same energy, determination and commitment, I take on every assignment, always with a focus on helping clients achieve their highest ambitions.

  • My practical sales experience ranges from B2C to complex B2B. I am driven by exceeding expectations and building long-term business relationships. I was so impressed by Adviser Partners' powerful methods when I implemented them in one of my companies, that I decided to join. Now I share the insights I gained in sales and sales leadership.
