My name is Henrik Kristiansson and I am a consultant at Adviser Partner. I am basically a trained marketing economist with a career as an entrepreneur and 29 years of experience in sales - direct sales, B2C, B2B and digital sales. With analytical acuity and strong drive, I am passionate about helping customers achieve their goals. I am authentic, build trust and take pride in always driving projects from start to finish with commitment and competence. In my spare time, I find peace at sea, where fishing and boating give me energy to bring into my work.

  • Keep track of what prospecting work you do that leads to qualified sales meetings, keep track of how much your average deal is worth, and keep track of your closing percentage. If you're on top of these three areas, all you need to do is prioritize doing a little more of what works best in each area and I guarantee you'll increase your sales.

  • The most effective tool I can give you is to stop giving them the answers and instead start coaching and helping them to take responsibility. The easiest way to do this is to turn the questions back with; - how do you think it would be best to solve it?

  • Raise prices by a few percent, reduce or completely stop giving discounts and dare to say NO to customers where you see from the start that you will not get good finances. 


    But above all, learn to sell on solution and customer value instead of price!
