My name is Henrik Leinerud and I am a consultant at Adviser Partner, where I am passionate about changing behaviors and structures to drive growth and profitability. With 22 years of experience in sales, in roles as a salesperson and sales manager, and almost four years at Adviser Partner, I educate and train CEOs, sales managers, salespeople and non-salespeople. My driving force is to see others succeed better in their roles, inspired by teamwork from my background in sports such as football and bandy, where I have also been a leader.

At Adviser Partner, I help organizations create effective sales processes - like a game system for better control and more business. Through needs analysis, I build structures and train teams to ask the right questions to understand customer needs, leading to happier customers and more business. I train sales leaders to make accurate observations and simplify processes, resulting in better forecasts and employees who take more responsibility. I also strengthen referral sales so that more people see their role in the company's growth.
My journey to Adviser Partner began when I hired them as a sales manager. I saw for the first time a clear behavioral change through their sales training - not just inspiration, but concrete results.
