My name is Ib Ringby, sales coach at Adviser Partner, with sales in my DNA. Growing up in Mexico, I gained an international perspective and a strong understanding of different cultures and business contexts at an early age. I studied international marketing in the US, but my real sales training began when I knocked on doors and sold vacuum cleaners for Lux Svenska.
That period became my foundation—what I call "life's sales school"—where I learned sales from the ground up through discipline, perseverance, and a strong sales culture. These experiences led me to a series of leadership roles in sales, including field sales representative, sales manager, sales director, key account manager, and international KAM, as well as responsibility for a sales organization in the Philippines. I have also been the manager of a real estate agency on the Costa del Sol and started my own real estate agency.

Alongside these roles, I have always worked with sales training and personal development. A strong driving force for me is helping people to deal with the fear that is often associated with sales and showing them that sales is a skill that can be learned – regardless of your starting point. Behavioral change is not easy, but through clear teaching, sales techniques, coaching, training in processes, and proper follow-up, you and your organization can get help to do this BETTER, which will increase your sales.
In recent years, I have been a specialist in ITF Industrial Technical Sales. I have provided sales training, coaching, and leadership to hundreds of Scandinavian industrial and technical companies.
At Adviser Partner, I currently work with developing sales organizations in both small and large companies. I help salespeople build security, structure, and confidence in their work, and support sales management in creating clear processes, a strong sales culture, and sustainable results. What I enjoy most is seeing people grow—both as salespeople and as individuals.
