From training to sales - I turn discipline into results
My name is Ilirian Krasniqi and I'm a consultant at Adviser Partner, where I help salespeople and companies achieve top results using simple, effective methods. As a young man, sport was my great interest, and table tennis became my great passion. With three Swedish championship gold medals, a place in the youth national team and representation of Sweden at the European Youth Championship, I learned early on the importance of hard work, discipline and technical skill, values that characterize my approach to sales today.

I studied business administration and sociology and it was the latter with knowledge and understanding of human behavior that created a successful path into sales. I started in retail, selling both products and services, and when I moved into B2B sales at a staffing and recruitment company, that's when my career took off. I helped grow the company from SEK 40 million to SEK 600 million, first as a salesperson and then as sales manager for a team of 30 salespeople. That's where my passion for training and coaching others to success was born.
When I met Adviser Partner, I immediately realized: "This is my thing!" Now, after almost six years, I train and coach salespeople and companies on a daily basis in practical sales processes that produce results quickly.
