My name is Jerry Månsson and I am proud to be part of Adviser Partner, a place where I get to combine my experience and passion to help my clients reach their goals. My journey has taken me from the soccer field as a player to roles as a salesperson, sales manager and CEO. Each step has taught me the importance of commitment, structure and leadership - insights I now use to support others.

  • The reason I chose Adviser Partner was that I had been thinking about starting my own business for a long time, but at Adviser Partner I found everything I was looking for - and more. It gave me a smooth way to get started quickly, while giving me that little bit extra in the form of great colleagues and strong support behind me. It gave me the perfect platform to realize my vision.

    I am driven to create success for my clients through three areas I am passionate about: building a strong sales culture, developing effective sales processes and strengthening leadership in organizations. For me, these areas are interrelated - an inspiring culture energizes, a clear sales process creates results, and strong leadership ties everything together.

    Balance is a word that is incredibly important to me, both in my professional and personal life. I believe that sustainable success comes from finding harmony between hard work and well-being, both for individuals and organizations. I am curious by nature and always strive to be better, both for myself and for those I work with. For me, it's about listening, understanding and delivering solutions that really make a difference.
