Increase your sales through clear sales processes and strategic coaching
My name is Johan Amnå and I am a consultant at Adviser Partner. Sales is my passion, already as a young product manager in the sales department I discovered the joy of meeting customers and creating results together. By making joint visits with the salespeople, I quickly realized that my strength lies in building relationships and driving business forward. This realization was the starting point for a career where I have taken on roles such as Nordic KAM, team leader, sales manager and business area manager.
-
Over the years, I have built a solid experience in developing brands, launching new products and identifying exciting business opportunities. I have also learned the importance of recruiting the right talent and creating structures that elevate both teams and individuals. When I hired Adviser Partner in a previous role, I was impressed by their professionalism and tools - an encounter that inspired me to take the plunge and start consulting with them.
With my broad background, I understand the challenges companies face. I help sales organizations create clear sales processes and coach CEOs, owners and management teams to success. For me, it's about involving the whole company in the journey towards common goals. By diving deep into each company's business, I deliver concrete, long-term tools that make a difference.
I take on every assignment with energy, drive and commitment. My greatest reward? To see when the whole team shares the same passion and achieves results that last over time. Let's take your business to the next level together!

“Ihad an idea early on to train our 1,900 certified electricians in sales. With Johan, it became possible to turn that idea into action. Using effective teaching methods (no PowerPoints!), Johan engages the groups and helps our electricians improve their sales skills.
Johan also trains our sales staff at Svenska Elkedjan, and we really appreciate it.
Thank you, Johan, for the great collaboration!”

Frequently asked questions
-
Many see themselves as experts, not salespeople. But in the eyes of the customer, every contact is an opportunity to influence decisions. By strengthening communication and understanding of customer needs, your staff can build more trust - and more business.
-
Satisfied customers are great, but there is often untapped potential in every relationship. Sales training helps your people identify more needs, package solutions more clearly and create more long-term partnerships. It's not about 'pushing', but about creating value.
-
Yes - if the training is relevant to their everyday life. It is based on real situations and builds on their professional pride. The aim is to give them tools for better customer dialogues, clearer needs analysis and more confident closings. When they see that it leads to easier conversations, more business - and that following up on quotes becomes a natural and obvious part of the workflow - the motivation usually comes by itself.
-
Sending a quote is not the same as selling. Often, the important pre-quote dialog is missing - where the customer really understands the value, feels confident and is ready to make a decision. Sales training focuses on strengthening the pre-quote communication: how to ask the right questions, listen actively and guide the customer towards a yes. The result? Fewer quotes - but more business.
Five reasons to boom - how accuracy boosts sales
In this podcast episode of We Love Sales People , I met Jonas Olofsson, CEO Adviser Partner, and revealed my biggest game changer: five reasons to boom - relationship, decision process, time, money, competition.
These are the five traps that almost always lie behind a lost deal. Spot them early and suddenly you own the process, not the customer. From 20 years in partner sales to B2B, I learned one thing: accuracy crushes talent. And yes - always book the next step. Otherwise laziness wins, every time.
