My name is Martin Troede and I am a consultant at Adviser Partner. My own career started in sales, where I quickly learned what really drives results - my own focus, structure and a burning ambition in the people around me.

Over the years, I have been a CEO, sales manager, business development manager and sales leader - in everything from small growth companies to large international organizations. I've built teams from scratch, scaled up businesses and seen how success grows from strong culture and leadership that empowers people to take responsibility for their own development.
