My name is Martin Troede and I am a consultant at Adviser Partner. My own career started in sales, where I quickly learned what really drives results - my own focus, structure and a burning ambition in the people around me.
Over the years, I have been a CEO, sales manager, business development manager and sales leader - in everything from small growth companies to large international organizations. I've built teams from scratch, scaled up businesses and seen how success grows from strong culture and leadership that empowers people to take responsibility for their own development.

I came to Adviser Partner to combine my personal experience with a methodology that really works. Here I get to work closely with CEOs, sales managers and salespeople where I help management set clear direction and translate strategies into concrete plans, coach managers to lead with energy and courage, and train salespeople in behaviors, customer meetings and pipeline management that give immediate results.
We follow up on a regular basis - both in numbers and in the feeling in the team - to create self-sustaining organizations filled with power, clarity and joy.
In my personal life, I am committed, curious and energetic. I thrive when there is a lot going on, I am happy to see others succeed and recharge my batteries with training, time in nature and new challenges to always be able to give 100% in every assignment.
