My name is Mats Jacobsson and I have over 20 years of experience as a business leader, salesperson and coach. As a consultant at Adviser Partner, I get to combine my broad experience with my passion for helping people and businesses grow.My journey started in the restaurant industry, where I worked as a chef and later as a restaurant manager. There, I developed a strong sense of detail and quality - qualities I took with me into sales. My first sales job was in timeshare, and later I started my own company that grew to 55 salespeople in Norway and Sweden.

My driving force is to see others develop in their roles and to help companies grow through change journeys. I am passionate about creating growth by coaching CEOs, leaders and salespeople, developing effective strategies and building strong prosperous teams with a focus on increased sales.
As a person, I am social, committed and helpful - I rarely say no to supporting others. My passion for food, wine and development is also reflected in my work: I always bring energy, joy and curiosity, whether it's a workshop or a client meeting.
