My name is Mattias Asserståhl and I am a consultant at Adviser Partner. I started my career in sales as a classic vacuum cleaner salesman at Electrolux. A great school and there I learned the basics - a clear sales process, listening and creating needs and building trust. Since then, sales has been my life and interest.

Over the years, I have run several of my own companies and taken them through the entire journey from start to exit through ups and downs. This has given me a broad understanding of the entire business - from the strategic perspective of management to the everyday life of the salesperson. I know what it is like to take responsibility for results, people and development for real.
In the companies I ran, I used Adviser Partner's methodology and saw the effect it had in practice - we increased average business by over 300%, strengthened management and understood that a structured and behavior-based approach produces results, which is why I chose to become part of Adviser Partner myself.
Today, I help companies increase their sales, improve profitability and create long-term growth. I work closely with my clients and see each assignment as a partnership. I support management in strategy and follow up to make sure the right things happen. I help and coach sales managers to build successful sales departments that reach their goals and coach salespeople to create success in every customer meeting.
I believe in a long-term approach, structure and clear leadership. Small changes in behavior and process often create the biggest results. My goal in my assignments is to achieve real growth - not just in the numbers, but in the way the whole organization thinks and acts.
