My name is Max Thor and as a sales expert at Adviser Partner, I am passionate about helping others grow and reach their full potential in sales. My journey started on the golf course, where my first contact with sales was in the golf shop, where I realized that sales felt natural and that it was genuinely fun to help others. It lit a spark that led me on to knocking on doors and selling subscriptions, a tough but incredibly educational time that shaped me.

I have worked in sales in several different industries and with several different products, such as lifting cushions and stair climbers to cars and solar cells, which taught me how to deal with all types of people and from there I also developed my ability to build long-term customer relationships. Later on, I took the step to become a sales coach where I had the chance to hone sales techniques. It was then that I realized that my passion lay in helping others become better salespeople, which led me to Adviser Partner.
