We are happy to welcome Mats Jacobsson as a new consultant in the Adviser Partner team in Stockholm Mats is a determined salesman and leader - with long experience of building and leading successful B2B sales organizations in both Sweden and Norway. Over the years, he has worked in industries such as office supplies, first aid and CPR training, and the restaurant industry - always with the same focus: to create growth and help people succeed.
What drives you in your role as a consultant?
I am driven by seeing people grow and building environments where both salespeople and managers are given the right conditions to succeed. For me, leadership is about being responsive, coaching and clear - and helping people develop over time. With Adviser Partner behind me, I get the opportunity to combine my experience with tools that make a real difference to customers' growth.

1. What is most important to you as a leader?
Giving people the right conditions. When employees feel seen, supported and challenged, a culture is created where performance and well-being go hand in hand.
2. What experience do you think is most undervalued in a sales consultant's role?
The ability to build long-term relationships. It's not just the deal itself that's important, but building the trust that makes customers want to continue
developing with us.
3. What can your passions outside work teach you as a leader?
Cooking, fishing and padel require patience, focus and creativity. The same principles apply in leadership: patience when something takes time, focus on the right things
and creativity to find new ways forward. And family - it brings energy and balance to everything I do.
