My name is Stefan Berzelius and I am COO at Adviser Partner, where I ensure that the business runs efficiently from strategy to delivery.
My career started with a lifelong passion for food and drink. It was natural to train as a chef, but soon I was drawn into the world of sales. For more than two decades, I've worked in leadership, business development and sales roles - from building teams and processes to developing customer relationships and driving growth. As a sales manager in the food and beverage industry, often regionally for international companies, I got to be part of incredible journeys as companies took off and teams flourished. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing people grow and reach their full potential!

Later, I took on business development for over 1,000 restaurants, before becoming CEO of a Swedish coffee roaster. There we used Adviser Partner for many years - the results were outstanding. The strength was in the simplicity and clarity of the material - concrete tools that directly created a difference in sales. After experiencing for myself how effective it works, both the methodology and the fantastic sales culture, I chose to become part of the team.
Today, I act as a bridge between our advisers and management, driving innovation with curiosity.
