A common sales platform that raised the bar - across the Nordics
We have conducted Effective Sales Negotiation for our entire Key Account Manager team as well as Sales Managers in the Nordics to create a common platform for Sales and negotiation management together with Adviser Partner. This has been appreciated by all participants and we have now decided to continue with this for new recruitments and continue to build on this together with Adviser. Results have come quickly and where I can see the level raised in individuals and that we can also see a positive effect in our customer relationships. Adviser combines theoretical learning with practical exercises and a great knowledge of what it looks like in the actual business situations.
